At FreeFall MMA we offer classes in some of the various arts that contribute to success in the sport of MMA; including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Boxing, and Judo. Function, Form, Principle, Technique – these are the traits we help our students develop at FreeFall Mixed Martial Arts. Our goal is to help you tap into the transformative power of MMA to become the person you aspire to be. Not everyone chooses to be a fighter, but ALL are welcome - fighters and seekers alike. We learn from and help each other become better fighters and better people.
Stay humble so that the Dojo is genuinely a fun and welcoming place for people to improve themselves. Ask questions. Be honest about what you don't know. Never intentionally injure your training partners to prove a point. (You'll be right out the door in a heartbeat.) And lastly, practice good hygiene: remain odor-free, keep toe and finger nails trim, and stay home if you have contagious viruses, rashes, or open sores.

Abusive and demoralizing language has no place at FreeFall MMA. Training or Teaching here means you agree to use only truthful, respectful, encouraging and motivational language, not just with your teammates, but in your general conduct in the world. Remember, when you are a teacher or a student at FFMMA, you are also a representative and ambassador of FreeFall MMA. We're not just training excellent fighters, but excellent human beings.
When you train or teach at FFMMA, you agree to bring your best attitude & to give your best effort for the Dojo on any given day. Remain attentive to the details of your performance; to how your body & mind are responding; to the health & safety of yourself and others; and to the example you are setting for those to whom you are a role model. Always do your best to develop your personal physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional power and to help others develop theirs.
Ego is basically your frame of reference & part of your personal identity in the world. Don't get rid of your ego, you need it to strive to reach new levels in life! However, training or teaching here means you agree to cultivate the best aspects of your ego and put it in check, when necessary. Respect both the integrity and the fragility of your and others' egos, especially when one is exhausted from a hard workout.
