Training Recovery Class
The last Friday of each month, we're offering a Recovery for Martial Artists class 6:30-7:30 p.m.
We'll do joint lock stretches, openers for hips and shoulders, soothing exercises for the back, neck, and hands, and breathing to encourage relaxation and healing by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Your body will thank you!
Led by Caren Camblin, 2nd degree BJJ black belt and certified yoga instructor.
Free to members and non-members.
